This Workshop is for You if…

  • You struggle with negative or self-deprecating thoughts

  • You feel stuck in patterns of self-judgment or perfectionism

  • You want practical tools for self-compassion

  • You’re curious about healing in connection with others

  • You’d like to leave with something meaningful you created yourself

What to Expect:

We will meet in a small, supportive group environment. This therapist-led mental health workshop will guide you through experiential exercises designed to foster safety, connection, and meaningful relating within the group.

These practices are intended to deepen your connection to your body and intuition, offering opportunities to turn toward yourself. Together, we will explore your relationship with your inner critic and practice new ways of inviting self-compassion and inner wisdom when navigating difficult moments in your life.

You will leave with tangible tools to reconnect with inner clarity and kindness, as well as a collage you create during the workshop to help integrate and represent these insights.

If this resonates, you’re warmly welcome to join us.
